上記リンクからOpenIVをダウンロード＆インストール。起動したらGTAVのwindowsを選択。画像はVersion2.7のもの。初回起動時にはGTA5インストールフォルダの場所を聞かれます。アップデートがある場合はダウンロード＆インストール。
